Our mission is to make the best food of each destination a part of your holiday. We want you to try the most authentic or the best restaurants. In particular we would love to introduce you to some of the local specialties.
We will help you choose your destination, we will book the flights for you, we will recommend hotels to suit you budget and book your transport. We will of course book you into your chosen restaurants. Plus, we will recommend and arrange any activities for you such as market tours, country walks, cookery classes, city tours, wine tastings and so on. In short, we will take the hassle out of researching and booking a holiday.

We want to make your holiday booking as easy and trouble-free as possible. To book your foodie trip, you need to follow these steps:
1 – Contact us with a brief outline of what you want from your holiday; destination, duration, number of people, dates of travel. The more information you give us, the more we can tailor your holiday to suit you. You can do this by calling us or sending us an email, whichever you prefer.
2 – We will get back to you with a holiday tailored to your particular requirements. This will include restaurants and excursions. This is your own personalized itinerary. You can amend it in whichever way you see fit until you are completely happy.
3 - When you are happy with the details we will send you our booking conditions. If you are happy to book, please confirm this to us in writing and send us the the requisite payment (we accept credit/debit cards, cheques or bank transfers).
4 - On receiving your confirmation and payment, we will reserve your holiday and send you confirmation of your itinerary and a receipt.
5 – We will send your travel documents to you approximately two weeks prior to your departure. If your booking is made within two weeks of departure, documents will be sent to you as soon as possible, or made available for collection, or sent by courier upon payment of a fee. If you prefer we are happy to send documents to you via email so you can print them off yourself at home.
Seasoned Travel is a member of the Travel Trust Association (membership number: U889X). The Travel Trust Association (TTA) is an organization that gives you 100% financial protection.
The TTA provides consumers with financial protection that complies with the EC Directive on Package Holidays Regulations and the ATOL regulations.
All funds paid by customers to us are placed in a Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold your money. Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both the Trustee AND ourselves are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account. Payments are not made to suppliers from this account until after you have travelled so you can rest assured that even in the extreme case of supplier insolvency, your money is safe.
In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association.
Where your reservation includes flights, the flight part of your balance is licensed and bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority under a third-party ATOL (ATOL number: T7390).
The Trust Account, the guarantee and the third-party ATOL together ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse you with any money paid if necessary.
